IMPORTANT UPDATES ON REOPENING:
WILL BE REOPENING FROM SATURDAY 30TH MAY with revised hours of 10am-4pm.
We have put a great deal of thought
into how we will be reopening and adapting to maintain health and safety and have decided that we will close Friday 29th May to allow us to implement all the measure we see to be vital to allow safe return.
⭐️Please take a couple of minutes to read the content of this post carefully and familiarize yourself with the changes you’ll see in place when visiting⭐️
🌼For now we are suspending Call & Collect and Deliveries. We will review this again in a week once we settle into this new way of operating and decide whether it will be possible to pick either of these options back up
🌼We will be open 10am-4pm 7 days a week, with a last entry time of 3:30pm
🌼We are limiting the number of customers in store at once, a queuing system will be in place and clearly marked at the entrance
with a ‘one out, one in’ policy.
🌼We ask that you limit to one person per household where possible.
🌼No children under 16 or dogs
removed baskets, it will be trolleys only with one person per trolley. This automatically helps keep the 2m distance.
🌼Please treat it as though you are making an essential trip to the supermarket and come prepared with
a list or idea of what you’re looking for. This will help keep queuing times to a minimum.
🌼Please use a face mask/covering to help prevent the possible spread of coronavirus.
touch what you intend to buy
🌼We will be unable to provide the lengthy advice we usually do, please use online resources such as the Royal Horticultural Society website, this should be able to answer both common and some
more specific questions. Please only message if absolutely necessary, we will be unable to answer Facebook messages as quickly or frequently as the full team is busy on site and phones won’t be manned.
toilet facilities will be available.
🌼Please respect our staff as they implement the new rules and regulations required for opening safely and keep a safe distance from them and other customers.
We apologize for the long list of new rules and regulations but these measures are all essential to the safe and responsible opening of the Garden Centre and will hopefully create the best possible experience while operating in this new
